Stefan Scholz has been research assistant at the TU Berlin since March 2010 and assistant lecturer at the Hochschule Wismar since 2012. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D about the influenceability of occupancy costs by the architect, and the development of a tool to calculate them quicker, more securely and in a more transparent way.
Next to his academic occupation he is co-owner of the architect's office MMST Architects, which supervises the construction of office, apartment, hotel and nursery buildings. Stefan Scholz is also manager of the Stefan Scholz planning company, which focuses mainly on urban planning in Russia. Among his projects are master plans e.g. for a special economic zone in Dubna (130ha) and different city development plans e.g. for Rostow (600ha).
Earlier, Stefan Scholz was responsible for multiple projects as
business executive for the general planning AGN in Moscow, e.g. for
Knauf GUS or the DaimlerChrysler After-Sale-Center. Furthermore he
worked for the architect Sergei Tchoban in Berlin and Moskau, managing
He studied at the RWTH Aachen and the TU Berlin and graduated with a design for a new construction of the trading floor in moscow as his final paper. He then specialized with a "diploma of european real estate economy" at Eipos e.V. at the TU Dresden.
